The rooftop bar was an amazing spot, but the room was surprisingly dark.

amazing access to parks and museums in madrid's heart
I loved how close we were to El Retiro Park which was just a pleasant 15-minute stroll away, and being just a short walk from iconic sites like the Prado made my weekend explorations enjoyable. The hotel's modern vibe and helpful staff really added a nice touch to my experience as a solo traveler.

Had a very very good stay here during our new year. Excellent modern hotel, the idea of having suite was great. The rooms were top-notch for cosmetics, the staff were very amiable and supremely helpful. The rooftop bar was a delightful surprise...

Very interesting and well done architecture. Nice rooftop bar and pool. Excellent bathrooms with rain shower heads and marble. Well done rooms all with a sofa, fabulous a/c and temperature controls and lighting. The Sunday brunch in the Glass Bar was 40 euro...we hesitated...it was a great deal for very very well done food and attention to detail, selection, and unlimited amounts of gourmet cuisine buffet and by order. Free internet with a printer in the lobby.

Urban is beautifully decorated with warm wood paneling and fine tribal art. The rooftop bar provided a lovely relaxing spot for evening drinks.
Improved bathroom accessibility would be appreciated.

The equipment of the whole building is impressive. The service of the doormen is pleasant and unobtrusive. The quick functionality of the lift is pleasant. The roof terrace with its great view over the city and its modern equipment is convincing. The central location of the hotel is excellent. The strong outside sounds of the street noise are very well kept away. The hotel is very clean. The inventory is attractive. The lighting and lighting technology is above average. There is a comfortable walk-in closet. There is a simple functional safe. A coffee machine with coffee pads is available. There is a good discreet room service available. There is opaque privacy protection at the windows. The ventilation is fantastic and the room height is fantastic, you feel undisturbed. There are enough sockets for charging electrical appliances. The hair dryer is strong enough. The good room-floor ratio is pleasant: optimal use of the room area, as well as additional room with sofa and cupboard for avoiding. A man-high mirror is available a large shelf is available, there are rotating bedside tables. The light can be controlled from both beds. Two bathrobes are available. as well as cloth slippers open and closed for each guest. sufficient hygiene articles are available. There is a fitness room and a swimming pool. The terrace bar has an enormous selection of spirits.
The mattress is no good. My back was tense. The room temperature was always cooled to 12 degrees after leaving the room. Unfortunately, there is no balcony. The function of the shower can only be explained by trial and error, namely when the cold water pours over your head.

Good location close to most things, modern room with good amenties and it was one of the few hotels that did have a pool and sundeck - the reason for our choice...in the middle of summer
The pools hours were abit restrictive -not open till 11am and close by 8pm. The front rooms can be a little bit noisy and abit of noise also from the roof at night if you are on level 5 and the back rooms can be abit dark and only seem to have a queen bed (we were expecting a king)

It was just a top selection for a relaxing holiday in Madrid with good value considering the price it charged. The rooftop bar provided a lovely setting for night-time drinks. Make sure to reserve a table at the restaurant ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
